Our digital copier is capable of producing 3,000 copies an hour all fully collated and ready to go. It has the capability of stapling, booklet making and 2 hole punching all on line to help us turn around you copying as quickly as possible.

Anything that needs printing in black can be handled by this machine including books, letterheads, NCR sets and much, much more, in fact the list could almost be endless.

One particular example of using the machine is for producing manuals where the information needs to be constantly updated. We can produce cost effective short runs with a quick turn around either direct from disk or hard copy.

Prints from computer

We have complete control of all the functions direct from computer using the latest digital printing techniques. Anything mentioned above can be printed directly from disk which not only gives you all the features, but also means every copy is an original!

We do not charge extra for printing from computer.

Paper choices

We stock a range of papers that can make an ordinary black and white document look much smarter for a small additional cost. These papers include Conqueror, Parchment, Zeta Matt plus standard colour paper in both 80 and 160gsm weights.

Mail merge

Another feature of the machine is the capability to produce Mail Merge documents from computer. This is a great way of sending out mail shots, as each copy can have an individual name and address. If required, we can also do the enveloping and mailing of these documents taking all the hassle out of a time consuming and disruptive job allowing you to concentrate on more urgent work.
